Meeting in the Netherlands

1. We worked mainly on the question what subjects our school of the future should have but also how our school should look like. On the first day we did some fun sports activities to promte team spirit. On one day we also visited Amsterdam and went to the Rijksmuseum there. Other than that we made a trip to the local ice skating ring and also visited the university of enschede where we got a guided tour and also a workshop on how to use google docs. We did some more relaxing exercises aswell like painting or talking about positive news that happend that day.

2. We decided that a mix of conventional subjects like maths or english are necessary but also that we should be able to choose some non conventional subjects. Onto that we also talked about how our timetable should look like and we are set that the timetable should be individually made by the students them self. The designe of the European School of future should be a open space with lots of different areas for the students to study at.

Jana: my personal favorite was the painting session because it was the perfect contrast after a long day of planing the school of the future.

Leo: i liked Amsterdam best because i found it very intresting to see what the city looked like.

Johanna & Melissa: We enjoyed Amsterdam and ice skating. It was very fun to ice skate with all the different people of the project and the city was interesting as well.
